Can you share What are the tires you are running. That's amazing traction and control. I would like to get a set for next winter. My Michelin tires work really good in those same condition but not that well. Please let me know what those tires are. Thanks and glad you posted the video.

I wish there was a regular radio station here in the 603 that played the Dead.

Umphreys...its me, Kara. I saw you last friday, September 2nd @ STL Pageant for my birthday. It was my first time seeing you. I was in the front in the pit. You guys played a crazy awesome dissonant mashup, and its become my favorite thing. I'm looking through all your albums until I find it. Keep rocking out. Much love.

But I enjoy the vocals, and there's plenty of instrumentation.

More overly noisy and overly thoughtful songs from the world's most progressively OK rock band. I have the thought that UM should become a jazz band doing pretty instrumental love songs, but it is not going to happen. Not that it should.

How can something be "overly" thoughtful? So there is a con to be being intricate, deep, and well thought out??

Notice he didnt reply to my question. Because hes a loser. A loser who goes on youtube rips on ppl who are better than him to make himself feel good.

I think this band works best doing instrumentals. To my ears, as an instrumental rock band they are the closest rock band to the jazz-fusion school of playing. I like that. Its also "progressive". What I meant by "overly thoughtful" was writing songs full of tense, angry or worried/preoccupied lyrics. That's the way a lot of the band's songs sound to me. I think they're better just playing. IMHO, that's where the "intricate, deep and well thought out" element to their music surfaces best: in the instrumental arrangements. Not the lyrics.
