I need to replace my upper intake. However, the 2 lower bolt heads holding the plastic upper to the aluminum lower intake are stripped. Ever figure a way to replace the bolts?

Sorry I'm way late. But only advice i could give is to cut the old one out and put a shorter one in.

Or just use some sort of vice grip or pliers to get the bolt as tight as possible while you have the intake out of the car. Make sure you replace those little rubber gaskets. And you shouldn't have to take it off again for the life of the vehicle.

Yeah your right. When I posted the title I was thinking of the complete bike. Kinda saw the other one as parts at first. But I traded both for a rzr 800s. Yall will see that soon I got like 10 new bikes in 2 weeks lmao.

i would definitely just buy brand new valves and a new/good head so you know the valves are good so they dont drop again but cool vid man

Nice little 80cc! Sounds phenomenal running like a clock. I had a RM80 not sure what year was but it had outside shocks that's how old it was had to be from the early 70s. I wouldn't go stunting or showing off but it was something to ride and like my old man says any Wheels beats heels...👍

Its crazy too because my first ever bike was an 87 Cr80 and the last dirtbike my dad had before he graduated and went in the army was an 87 cr80 so this one came along on a deal and we both agreed to not sell this one and try and get it back to its former glory!

@@OVGR mine Yamaha 650cc didn't even run when I got back in 87 I was like six or seven I couldn't even touch the ground my old man held the bike for me so I can get on and off of it I had a big bike I definitely couldn't handle it but it ran. My father was positive he'd got that bike running for me dat 80 cc, I traded straight up for the non running RM80 It didn't run at all in 15 to 20 years but my old man is handy AF dude and he got it running for me and I had it for like 10 years until I outgrow it it was slow AF but ran like a champ. I miss that Suzuki he sold it without me even though and broke my heart, God bless you and your ride keep run an keep the rubber side down my brother... Sending luv from N.philly badlands!
