This mix was done by Future Flow. Volume 2, which will be out soon, will be mixed by Lowfixx and personally I think it’ll be one of the best mixes put out on this channel to date

@@astralfrequencies Thank you so much for offering this. I'll be cutting it up and adding some metadata tonight. A2 in particular really sounds like original BoC to me but in all my scouring for everything these artists have made, I hadn't heard it yet. Any info as to it's origin or title?

@@ianpowder3187not really sure of a title as it was just labeled Mixtape Side A & B like in the link i shared, those are actually the original files. if i remember correctly someone i used to talk to about 3 years ago shared this with me because he thought i might enjoy it and said it was labeled as boards of canada when he received it. who he received it from im not entirely sure of their name but he did mention that they were active in the BoC community. apparently at the time it was private or not supposed to be shared with many people which he told me but said he knew i liked BoC and thought i should hear it. i listened to it later after he gave me it and enjoyed it but i forgot about it as time went on. after finding this i figured enough time passed where it wouldn’t particularly matter whether it was published publicly or not, its good music regardless. part of me wants to think it’s a troll tape because of the harry potter x melissa juice thing. but another part that still cares about BoC wants to think that maybe this really does have some unreleased BoC sprinkled in but didn’t want itself to be obvious and widespread if it became public. there probably is at least 1 unreleased BoC song in here in my personal belief. i don’t think this was compiled by the brothers though. for sure it was someone else, but perhaps someone who has a few unreleased things we haven’t heard?
