This is a staggering work of beauty by Shelagh, and it's painful to consider the potential she shows here, which is to be the only possible and serious rival to Sandy Denny. This second album, with its preceding song, Odyssey, appear to be just the beginning of her finding her own genius. It's worth listening to both her albums.

This song in which the group uses the melody of an old Bolivian Christmas carol, anonymous? called? "Nacimiento", and features progressive rock in the band's first foray into large-scale composition . Hensley continues to collect royalties, despite it not being his subject.

Saw them many times at the Patti Pavilion in Swansea in the 1970s , great live band .

Saw them perform this live in The Netherlands so many years ago, remember tears flowing down my cheek then and now, some 50 yrs later I can still feel them coming up.... One of the most sad and beautiful break up songs I ever heard.💕

This original mix from the vinyl is the best one. I own two different copies of this LP on CD, and whoever remastered them wrecked them sound wise. Long live WBL!
