Listen, I have no problem with people giving criticisms to hearts of iron as it does have a lot of problems. But this is just bringing up points that don't even affect the game on a major scale. There are plenty of other glitches, bugs, and nonsensical issues with hearts of iron that should be focused on instead rather than focusing on "a non historical path has a wacky focus" Most of the people agreeing with him also have weird opinions i've seen people in his comments complaining that it feels too much like a mod which I can understand since it's such a big update but I feel like this update and DLC is setting up a new standard for future updates and DLCs which is great His replies to the comments seem very disappointing as one of his most recent videos had him replying to it. Positive comment about the new update and DLC which went along the lines of "a new milestone for new slop" which, in my opinion, is implying that anyone who makes content about this dlc, is making slop which I just disagree with It just seems like he's mad for the sake of being mad, leaving a very bad taste in my mouth for a first-time viewer coming upon the video. I also dislike his points about pandering, too extremists because if that is so important to him, why doesn't he make a criticism towards TNO? It just feels like he's trying to find the smallest criticisms and trying to make them the biggest criticisms While I do not have the dlc, I have seen many reviews of it, and it's overall positive with some of the criticisms being some bugs and late game lag. But with an update this big, there are bound to be some bugs and late game lag but it's still a valid criticism I also dislike how he handled his comet section, which is very deflective, comparing them to reddit and nerds in many ways when most of the points being brought up are actually decent points I don't think he should take down the video necessarily, but I do think he should either make an apology or a more thorough and thought-out criticism video But in my opinion, the review was just slop

to be fair the German leader who's name im probably not allowed to say, well their portrait does look AI generated because it looks nothing like him. thats the one thing i agreed with. people pay for this so get an actual artist or one that actually knows what the leader looks like

I clicked on his video and stayed for a whole minute. As someone who played this with a friend when it came out, and a Czech, I loved the several localizations for Czechoslovak lands. I have noticed that AI Germany struggles to get through Belgium, twice it didn't manage, but otherwise everything even remotely bad is overshadowed by the relentless UK naval invasion spam, which never really changed anyway. The game is fine. To me it never was fun after the first year of war, yet I still return to it.

I think that you didn’t focus that much at his points but you took out of context some things he said. For example, he said that the state names was a good mechanic but that he would have preferred them to focus on other things, etc.

i agree that HOI4, as of recent, hasn't been very good (releasing 1.15, which breaks most mods at a time where most developers are busy with school wasn't a smart idea) but god this is retarded from Sejozwak
