いつも楽しく拝見しております。動画を拝見し、中古で「KERV スロースピードグラインダー」を購入しました。ご質問ですが、布バフ等のおすすめがありましたらご教授いただければ嬉しく思います。メーカーに問い合わせましたが、2/1インチ12ヤマのネジで特殊なため、現在おすすめできる商品がないとの回答でした。それでは、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

僕は下記サイトの14インチ（canton）を使用しています。ただし懸念されている取り付け径はこちら25.4mm（1インチ）なので「変換ブッシュ」などを探して対応するしかないと思います（ブッシュの加工も必要になるかもしれません）。 ※僕はたまたま身近にブッシュがありそれを加工（厚み調整）し取り付けしましたのでブッシュの型番、メーカーは分かりかねます。よろしくお願い致します。 www.stewmac.com/luthier-tools-and-supplies/tools-by-job/tools-for-finishing/buffing/stewmac-buffing-wheels/

Little tip with the routing, milling and boring bits just add a smidge of anti friction oil on the bits stops from friction burns from the bits burning the wood. You need just a tiny little amount on a rag and wipe them bits, and it should stop it. Just a thought.

Why did you rout your truss rod slot like that? Why not just make the cavity flat on the bottom?

I would have used a more correct early ''60's bridge angle and a compensated pigtail. Don't like lifhtning bars much on Jr's. Guitar sounds great. Cleans are beautiful.
