This was so helpful 🤗 I want to ask, how do we take care of our progesterone hormone in making sure that it’s high and not low or lower than needed? Is there a way for it?

If your chest was bruised, and you were having that many problems swallowing then that’s probably because you crashed during the surgery (your heart stopped) and they had to do chest compressions. If they did not tell you that then you can sue them.

hey i’m almost one month post op for double jaw surgery. did you experience skin breaking out? i had pretty clear skin before surgery but now i’m experiencing acne in places i never get it. i got the occasional spot from my cycle on my forehead but never on my cheeks or my mouth/chin. if anyone else sees this comment who has had the surgery please let me know your experience/ what to do.i’m worried it’s metal sensitivity.

Wait, why did they go backwards/shorten your jaw... they were supposed to lengthen your upper jaw... your upper jaw wasn't fully developed
@NatalieJulianne2 ай бұрын
They expanded my upper jaw which you can’t really move around.

You're right- something is better than nothing. I've made a few changes with my makeup and deodorant and will just keep going on rather than guilt tripping myself thinking about all the things I haven't yet changed. Slow progress is better than no progress!

One does lose weight but you will gain it back! Get lots of protein in your diet even if it’s liquid form. Things like grass-fed protein powder, raw egg yolks, Greek yogurt, etc

May I ask, whats your opinion on long distance dating in Christian Relationships.
@NatalieJulianne3 ай бұрын
I think they’re great! You both have to be on board with it. The way I see Christian dating/courting includes him meeting her family and vice versa. So you’d have to work around traveling. Long-distance isn’t easy but it is possible. Make sure to be surrounded by a solid community that can give you insight on things you might not be seeing in the relationship.

Learn Creighton Model -that will teach you everything you need to know about your cycle. Find a Naprotechnology doctor, the St. Gianna Center is a good center just Google and call them or find a reproductive endocrinologist. Progesta progesterone cream. what about for those who work at night? like perpetual graveyard shifts? do they have to quit work or can their hormones still be managed?
@NatalieJulianne4 ай бұрын
That’s a great question. One of my clients actually works a night shift at the hospital. She’s still on a routine to rest during the day and prioritize keeping stress levels low. Of course, night shifts go the opposite direction of our natural sleep week cycle. So it will come with its tricks. Anything is possible and if you really want to quit your night shift you can look for a day shift or another job. You don’t have to but if you want to there’s always a way. What I tell her is where there is a will, there’s a way.
