I only have one natural diamond, it’s only a half carat, it has flaws, it’s not perfect clarity or color, and not the most brilliant cut, it’s princess cut. And it shines the socks off of all my other jewelry. A real diamond is simply different. There’s nothing like it. And there’s a reason all others (lab grown, Cubic Zirconia, and Moissanite) are compared to diamonds. They are the standard for a reason.

I've never looked at Diamonds as anything other than "eye candy". Similar to vehicles, they all lose value after purchase. When I've attempted to resell jewelry in the past they only wanted to pay for the precious metal, not the stones, so unless you have an extremely rare natural diamond you shouldn't care if it's cvd/hpht or natural diamond. These days, for me it's either plain jane silver/gold, and If I decide to add stones it's Moissanite. I save more, and I shine more than others who spend 10s of thousands more.
