Corporations are not taxed because they are a person in the sense of you or I. Taxation is voluntary in general for the people of the 50 states and mandatory for the artificial person. Meaning the rules of apportionment under Article I stand for the people absent agreement but anything created by or existing by permission of the state is subject to the rules of the State. The natural person, if born in the current 50 states, is not a subject nor a resident in his/her own country. These are foundational principles and fundamental law. Thanks for the presentation.

A charity gift by a corporation, is not necessarely in contradition with the profit motive of a corporation, because in many instances, if not in most of them, its purpose or effect is to increase its business exposure, goodwill, and or reputation that may translate into income and profit.

I love your lectures. It is really pity that this video only talk about online purchase of goods. I am really hoping you also talk about purchase service and how to enforce the service we pay. For example, if I hire someone to design my yard online, does the company require to provide the service as their website's promise. Can they being Nicky to have a line in your receipt to states they are offering less than their website (public) promise.

assuming fiduciary hasn't committed commingling of trust assets or mixing of funds, or deliberately attempting collusion and fraud, or any other breach of trust then, my money must be in the form of a separate account under my name being with held by the fiduciary's organization, that account full of my money under my name which came into the hands of the dishonest fiduciary on my behalf, legally belongs to be under my possession and not in the possession of a thief or stranger (including this fiduciary who is also constructive trustee to me). that money in the account under my name being withheld unconscionably the fiduciary is actually a deposit, and that deposit being with held against my wishes, without a notice of seizure by the constructive fraudulent fiduciary's organization of which my fiduciary is vicariously liable for also violated my constitutional guarantees in possession and control of my deposit which is known as the trust asset, is also attempting to deceitfully defraud me out of another right of mine in my own property that is the trust asset it self and swindle out of the right of disposal, on top of the right of use, possession which is acquired on my behalf from third parties to be paid to me in reasonable time and as part of an unconditional set of winding up duties with my fiduciary owes to me as my constructive trustee the task of turning over the trust assets which is my deposit in his organization and terminate the trust which the account under my name holding my deposit of cast as the trust account to be terminated immediately pursuant to the rule of suanders v vautier, my exclusive right as the sole beneficiary of the trust who is of mature legal age and of sound mind warrants his monies transferred to him immediately, as the trutee is obligated to administer the trust under the rule of saunder v vautier. and that is what he must do in order to prove he is not a financial fraudster Ali
