Thank you Heidi for being so courageous and sharing your story! You have inspired me to make time and learn about AI and stop putting it off. Hoping the picture of the Camaro was the one that was not AI generated.

@4:13. Great point from Heidi! I would like to add that since 2022, at least in our Montreal market, we also see that kind of revenge of the PMO. They came back as savior of projects = for those non-innovative cies. Also, I see a trend, since 2021: my clients don't hire my team and I as Agile coach, but rather as Senior Business Consultant or Organization Designer, to assit them into theur digial and business transformation, not agile. Internally, I see more and more cies, asking for Experience Designer (CX and EX) and real Product Manager to lead the way of delivery and ways of working! I am so sorry I missed the live webinar last week, was providing great experience at my client. Hope to see you at GTFS 2024 Heidi and Joe! Fredo aka Coach AF ;-)
