Your so into religion why is it your the lowest pay place your always raising the residents rent an the food is something you wouldn't eat you want your employees to do two an three jobs is always about the BUSINESS what about the residents and employees it's just about your pocket

Honestly, I’ve been here 13 years before quality was established and my pay should be higher. We make this a five star home but we ain’t five star paid. If the company knows that inflation is high the cost of living amongst everything else there should be more money in it what we’re doing as a CNA we do a lot of work and take slack for staff who call off, agency comes in getting paid more ,when they can just Pay in house staff the agency money. all these homes paying well aren’t rated 5 star either. obviously to make a 5 star home we have 5 star employees full of admissions with no 5 star raise …….

QLS be capping, those facilities are NOT that clean I can ASSURE you!! Half the time housekeeping was never available to do any cleaning, never enough supplies to care for the residents such as fresh linen, towels ect

Wow, if someone refuses the vaccine they are selfish? What do you say to your patients who refuse a specific treatment plan? Do you call them names too? Like someone who refuses blood products because of their religious beliefs, what would you call them? Stop pushing your beliefs on others and stop with the name calling. Your giving false information because there is a plethora of information that disagrees with what you are saying. What about the other doctors coming forward saying the vaccine is unsafe? Are they invalid, even though their credentials are better than yours?

I don't like that you are calling those not vaccinated selfish. It is a personal decision to be made between a Doctor and patient. Someone may have certain health issues that would make vaccinations not an option.

I am sorry you shouldn't push people to get the vaccine. This is AMERICA. This is all an experiment and only approved for emergency use. They truly don't know how safe it is. I know people who got the vaccine and 2 months later got Covid so don't tell me it works.
