Thank you soooo much! Just took possession of a new-old Merc and panicked a bit when I couldn't get it open, lol. Such a calm voice and simple explanation. Hehehe but once open I discovered there's no bar to hold the bonnet open ^^ At least I can see what's what now and fill up the screen wash! Hugs x
