Yes, the girl hesitated to destroy the Rinnegan, but how did Madara use Kakashi's kamui like that? And in the manga this was a short moment between the moment madara stole kakashi's eye, and the moment he went into the kamui dimension. The anime made it seem like it was a very long time and that Sakura's hesitation was a much longer moment. In the manga even if she had not hesitated, madara would still have gotten there before

Mappa's animation just doesn't come together as well as wit's, despite having more detail at times. I think it's because they outsource a lot of animation and use freelance workers or maybe just don't have a good director. People cope and say its "grittier and edgier and fits the season better" when it's really just messier. A flashback should be the one time they should try to replicate the tone of the original scene with its more hopeful lighting and animation/visuals that make the scene come to life. They don't even do that though, proving the inferior visuals is not a design choice, its just worse.
