If you look at history of the islamicate world you will find many evidences of Abrahamics living in peace with each other living and learning from each other, especially in the academic and mystical spheres

A part of the prayer is left to our own discretion, this includes but is not limited to praises and prayers in ruqu, sujud and tashahud. There is no obligation upon us, to follow set utterances. Neither did the prophet (upon whom be peace) command us that and neither did the early muslims understand it to be so. Infact you will find evidences of people praising and making supplications in prayer according to their circumstances and needs at the time

@ahmedisl8 No your wrong. The Salaf all prayed in Arabic, and any thing dua you want to make your language say it in your heart. Do not try to change 1400yrs of islamic scholarship. Somehow after 1400yrs you genius suddenly discover the truth...no way. The pious predecessors knew more hadith then Google sheikh. We do as they do. You spreading misinformation. Why are you soo lazy to learn Arabic and recite. It's soo easy. You can do your personal dual in your own language after the ritual prayer like anyone else. I seen jewish Rabbis setting up meetings where they discuss how to get muslims to change and reform their religion. This looks like one of their ideas 💡. Never will we change a letter let alone a word of our faith based on some radom academic and his opnions. We have a beautiful Islamic tradition which we will never change. I have sakinah and tranquility in my prayers even in Arabic. Just do daily dhilkr specially in Tajjud time, reflect and dua in your heart and watch your ritual prayers will get better. Allah swt chose the language of Quran and formal rituals to be done in Arabic to preserve our religion. It's done a good job of that. Often we pick hadiths not knowing the timeline of hadiths and another hadith overrides it. Like for example, before sahabah use to be able to look around and give salams in the ritual prayers. One Sahabi left to go Yemen to teach the people during that time. After Prophet (saw) ordered that no one talks and looks around in prayer. So the Sahabi came back from Yemen not knowing the new ruling. And continued talking in prayer. All the other Sahabis looked at him shocked at what he was doing. He wondered why they looking at him strangely. They told him the Prophet Muhammad (saw) ruling which was new to him as that they did not have phones to tell each other of the change. So if you read hadiths, you need to know science of hadiths. Otherwise you cannot extract ruling from it. Forever wearing my burka

To say they up for dialogue is to say maybe there could be be another way. They Quran and Sunnah, they are obligatories and sunnahs of Islam. They are not up for dialogue.
