Your office staff in Lathrop California needs to be fired. Your staff only caters to people that they choose.Most of us have moved on to GDS. They offer professional services and know how to treat there customers right.

End of panels (tongue part of joint not protected to the end. Could have been bent when it was manually shoved off the conveyor not square.

Is there any positive angle on the two surfaces adjacent to the tongue (~60°) to turn water away (from entering joint) please see roller at the 0:50 point in this video.

It does not hold its color at all, I have had issues with mine for years, and they have done nothing to help. I bought 2 double wide insulated garage doors, and they look horrible after several years and now it's been 8 years and they look like they have been her for decades.

@@junioroleary5678 thanks for the reply I suspected that the direct Sun ☀ on a woodtone door would deteriorate within 5 years. So, I gave up on having “the look of wood” and purchased Fimco PVC garage doors. The finish has a 15 yr warranty provided one chooses a light color. The Roaring Twenties Line. Installation in two days from now and looking forward to getting rid of the 52 yr old garage doors and all that crappy hardware & springs. I was in the garage when one of the springs broke. Holy😵💫Very Scary

Great question. It does not hold up at all! My CHI Accent Mahogany garage doors started failing after just 3 years in Sarasota, FL sun. The clear coat begins to turn milky white and gets worse over time. Looks terrible. Local install dealer and CHI said too bad for you- 3 year warranty on Accent finish. I guess they feel garage doors are disposable and should be replaced every 3 years. Furious!

Maybe you should care more about who’s installing it, rather than who’s making it. CHI is about as good as it gets when it comes to quality products. Especially rolling steel doors. Have some respect.

Pretty cool video. I visited the plant about 12 years ago. It was a really neat experience that I would recommend any garage door guy to check out. I'm out in Austin, Tx representing C.H.I. I do a lot of 3295 and Accent line. Just wondering why it has been taking 4-5 weeks to get 3295's?
