She looks like a pretty stout V and sharp up front. Has anyone made one before? I wonder how she runs through a chop.. I hope you keep putting updates!! Looks great

Very nice. I was the second owner of the original Surfrunner 25. I have nothing but good things to say about the boat. I wish I still had it! I'm anxious to follow the rest of the build.

Hai Gary, tnx for the video. I own a F-27 (hull#26) which I am refitting and I am very much interested in some of the upgrades that were made on this boat. Can I contact you with some of my questions? kind regards, Martijn O.

Nice boat! seems pretty solid , especially for a folding sailboat. Don't know what the price is, but all the new , high tech vessels are pretty pricey..

I used to see that river often when I drove a truck from Canada down there. I always thought what a great river it would be to travel the length of. I didn't know that river flow changed direction what a fantastic bit of information. I heard that the river is not infested with carp that jump up and into boats. Is that really going on. I did see some video's of power boats in other rivers that had those huge jumping fish . I think they are called Chinese carp but I don't know. I do know that despite efforts by Canada to keep them out of the great lakes some fisherman have caught last summer a total of 50 of them .So that makes me think there are a huge number more. I hope someone figures out how to get rid of them like they did with the snail things and those vampire ells .Both are now almost all gone maybe all gone . The ells were got rid of by figuring out where they laid the eggs in the rivers then killing the eggs and the snail sort of things I just cant think of the name of them they got rid of by adding some other tiny creature to the lakes. Perhaps some tiny creature will be added to get rid of the harmful carp. I think various water tanks on the ships that come from the oceans into the great lakes should have to add huge amounts of chlorine to the tanks to kill of anything prior to even getting in the St. Lawrence seaway . I think the government of Canada should be on board to see it done as well. This sort of problem just seems to keep happening . Very bad. Anyway I would love to see more travels along the Columbia river in a boat . Your boat or others if you know of other video's on here I could watch please send me the link .Or better yet do the long trip yourself and make a movie of the entire adventure. I don't know if anyone has ever made such a movie about that river from a boat. Same deal with the Mississippi river. I took two hours on Google earth one time and used the mouse to trace the route of that river and it I think really starts off very small in Canada . That is not told in the writings about the river but maybe they have rules about when a river is river and not a creek . I traced it to the point where it looked like a tiny creek.

Probably want a self righting boat. I don't think this is. You'd have to have good weather.

Really enjoyed your video! I looked seriously at the Corsair during my visit to the Annapolis boat show. Your's looks quite tricked out….Nice and safe! I did notice the jacklines :) Would you feel comfortable taking your boat trans-ocean? Would you buy it again? Do you think it has enough storage? It is so fast in the water!
