They just never should've opened the park, in universe it doesn't make any sense they would've ever been approved after everything that happened, and the only reason it did happen was because Stephen Spielberg wanted it, just because. One of the best parts of the JP 2 and 3 was the environment of an abandoned theme park, the forgotten labs making you question what the hell they were cooking up there. Building Jurassic World on the ruins of Jurassic Park is like building a golf course on Mayan ruins, you ''ruin'' the preserved history. Let's hope Rebirth just goes back to expedition in Dinosour territories as they promised it will.

Nice to see this movie getting some praise in this day and age age. It’s crazy how many people are saying this is as bad as the Star Wars sequels.

I actually dont mind the fact that most of the characters arent really endearing or as pn par to those in the first three movies. the whole thing about jurassic world is that the park actually succeeded this time, and now they have a ton of civilians on site. theres no time to be funny or anything because your entire focus is making sure none of these dinosaurs get loose to the point where they can endanger the civilian tourists on site. and yeah the indominous still gets loose but that was bound to happen with Wu and his team pushing the boundaries of science too far yet again. regardless, the characters not being anything other than serious sits fine with me simply because they have reason to only be serious in the situation and line of work they are in

I'm a Jurassic World Trilogy defender. IDK what most people are smoking, these movies are great and true to the themes of the original Jurassic Park movies (TLW rules) and their books. I'd argue that Fallen Kingdom is also great and I'm glad it finally brought elements not before adapted such as dinosaurs in the wider world & bringing on the horror begun with the Indominus in Jurassic World. On the original Jurassic World though, I really loved how it showed just how flawed mankind is by continuing to make foolish decisions if there was profit to be made. We see a world aware of events of Jurassic Park, The Lost World, where building a dinosaur theme park got lives killed, and yet the people crave the attraction and billionaires want to make money off of that. It's a biting satire of our real world and things like climate change and mass evil begot by billionaires (Tesla/Musk anyone?).

Wasn't a fan of jurassic world. Felt like colin was doing a call back every 20 minutes without trying to create something new. In an effort to make the existence of a Dinosaur themepark mundane, they also destroyed the mystique. They could've followed the same direction but made it unique The green filter wasn't great either

I'm one of the few, very few, that thinks "Fallen Kingdom" is the best of the lot. Followed by JP: Lost World.

The first Jurassic World movie is still good because it keeps the theme of these dinosaurs being these powerful creatures that we thought we could bring back & control but never could. Fallen Kingdom & Dominion started this trend where the characters are one the side of the dinosaurs despite needing to run away from them theirselves. At a certain point you wonder why don’t they try & make more dinosaurs. Because the characters get so passionately defensive about the dinosaurs that they might as well advocate to make more of them if they’re so perfect. The dinosaurs went from bio-engineered representations of humanities ego for itself that should’ve never’ve been made. To everyday animals & predators who need to be protected at all cost because they’re part of nature. Even though they were created just to prove a point rather, not to improve something that wouldn’t fill the pockets of a businessman.

Domion wasn’t that bad

Simon Masarani was a smart guy in the series, the worst decision he made was flying the helicopter.

I can’t imagine ever thinking that anyone should attempt to make a movie like Jurassic Park 3. I understand liking it but let’s aim in a better direction than that. I actually disagree on Owen Grady, he seems like military dog handler guy I knew in Coronado that had decent intelligence. He seems like that guy but then they send that guy to Stanford where he studies zoology. But the raptors you’re right on.

I still will never forgive this franchise for making herbivores look like fodder for the “cooler” theropods. It’s plain stupid. That scene where Ankylosaurus swung its tail at Indom would’ve killed her, if not absolutely shatter every bone in her lower jaw and make her go into shock. I’m just glad Colin Craparrow’s gone after he almost tried to remove Therizinosaurus from dominion simply because it was a herbivore.

The raptors switching and obeying was something that turned me off in this movie. You don't create a completely different animal that can verbally communicate with another completely different animal just because you included DNA of the other while making that animal. It makes zero sense. To me it sounds like toddler logic and no longer has the appearance of real science. Besides...the base DNA behind indominus was that of T Rex...not raptors. The raptor chase and the pterosaur attack on the park is where it started to get ridiculous to me, then some action movie style end fight/team up to kill the indominus was the cherry on top of clown world.

Honestly I love Jurassic World 2015 it felt modern and loved seeing the park opened and running The attractions, guests, kids with dino toys, petting zoo, mosasaurus live feeding show It was all cool to see But tbh I didn't really care for Owen and Claire's romance I just couldn't bring myself to like them as much as I love Alan, Ellie and Ian I did like how Owen is a badass but they really had to constantly tell us audiences Like we know he is stop telling us he is lmao Zach and Grey are worthy main kid characters but not into why they were in Jurassic World Why they are there cause they're parents are getting a divorce I know divorce is hard but what has that got to do with the plot nothing The parents show up in the end and it's not indicated they're getting back together the boys aren't even mentioned in the later movies if the parents had joined in the park to search for them over time they start to have feelings for each other again oh yeah wait hasn't that arc already done in JP 3 So it would've been better if the boys were sent there cause they didn't get along and going to the park to visit they're aunt was a way for them to bond A quick side story that's not as deep as a divorce but a side story nonetheless Cause a chase through the island and working together would for sure make two brothers get along

Jurassic World was okay. But i really think it could benefit from an R rating and go in more of a horror direction.

JW had it's flaws but in also had Chris Pratt and the best dinosaur fight sequence of any of the franchises films.

A thing about jwd that i like(in my opinion) is that zeb the giga acted like an actual animal. Living in its home, fighting over food with rexy...but then the giga got forced out of his home cuz of the fire...then killed for no reason.

I always wanted to see the park actually work, to fall again due to lack of common sense, like lack of Moats and putting an Indominus size door right on the side that's not even a double door when modern zoos have that... When the dinosaurs should be tranquilized and carried around on sky cranes like in the game at least

Honestly, in my opinion, the theatrical cut of Doninion is insanely awful, and the extended version is somehow decent. Not saying is super good or anything, but I honestly cannot comprehend how the producers thought cutting all that was even remotely a good idea. It isn’t good or great, but decent is a pretty huge leap from the quality of the theatrical cut. My opinion’s probably pretty skewed though, after watching so many videos of people talk about ACTUALLY BAD MOVIES, of which even the theatrical cut of Dominion looks alright by comparison.
