Pretty howly Ecomat for a modern scania

Good Lord that's very worn - sounds like one of those classic trucks that growl! But then what fun would it be with a healthy Trident in this video? No fun!

Love the sound of this bus, this one is unique and different as the kickdown whistle is louder, these one also have a 4 speed great recording as these were the spots I would of sat on these buses anywhere on the back seats but usually in the middle 👍🏾

This revving higher than normal or am I just hearing it wrong?

When I saw this upload, I was expecting this RLE to do something unusual, but I wasn't expecting this. Those handbrake starts were great! 😂 Good run to 6th from 4:00. I've seen 2169 do something in 1st, but only once and only in 1st gear. For both RLEs, I'm sensing some gearbox manipulation; I wonder what those clicking sounds were.

This and 4485 are the sort of things that have kept me coming back to this channel for the last 8 years. It's been a great experience. 4485, that was a good run on a great bus. 4745 sounds a bit worn here, but I still got to hear some of my favourite sounds from this run. For this route, I'd struggle to choose between a B7 and a Euro4 Enviro400.

What a great video of a cracking bus , I was on this trip as I am sitting near the front of the bus enjoying the 4 speed voith singing away. It's a shame 1000 struggled up that big hill as I believe this baby would have done it in 3rd gear

Much as I am not comfortable asking the depot why they stopped running the London Suburban Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LXB and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW’s on routes N26, 30, 121, 230, 271, 349, N279 And 158 why can’t we make the same make of the Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LXB and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW Buses but Modernise the insides of these Buses. Also, make it low floor up and down and also extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more so there will be more space for the wheelchair users. By the way, if you could remake and Modernise these vehicles could they also make them into a Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LXB and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW Version’s that if it will be possible and Modernise the insides of these Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox Gardner 6LXB and Gardner 6LXC Diesel Engine Olympian ECW’s make it low floor up and down and also extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more so there will be more space and even a London Suburban Scania N230UD Enviro 400 MMC and also extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more. Why couldn’t we have those London Suburban Buse's Pale red on the top roof Pale red again on the top middle Milk Chocolate brown in the middle Creamy white on the Bottom Middle and Milk Chocolate Brown on the Bottom on most of those kinds of those Particular Double Decker Vehicles? Could you put the Loud 4-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Automatic Gearbox in the Scania N230UD Enviro 400 MMC and also put the Loud 3-Speed Voith Diwa Gearbox in the Volvo TD102KF Engine East Lancs Olympus and also extend the middle body part of these vehicles a little bit more and also turn most of them to a London Suburban Buses. It's a great Sheffield Transport Department double deck bus via being a Bristol VRT 6LX with East Lancs body & that's amazing to ride on it. S.Y.T.T. will buy it someday & put it into their collection at Eastwood in Rotherham very soon. So watch this space when it does arrive at Eastwood in Rotherham because it's a real part of S.T.D.s history.

Sadly withdrawn due to collision like 4497 but both didn't repair due to their ages. 4497 was sent for scrap in November 2021 But this one hasn't as of June 2023
