The driving bans in ireland are absolutely outrageous. Only EU country to give such harsh bans for such minor issues. No other EU country does it. For instance my UK friend got caught drug driving, disqualified driving and stole the car and was only banned for 12 months yet in ireland that would easily be a 10 year ban! I dont agree with committing those offences. Years off the road for having no insurance and what not. Someone needs to take it to the EU courts because Irish courts are breaking EU rules when it comes to the extreme disqualifications by the courts.

Men need to really think about what their women do to them and consider if they're being abused at home. although the courts don't want to admit it these methods are more likely to be done by a woman.

He told me he would get my children taken off me by social services & he has. My court appointed solicitor wouldnt even let me speak for myself in court. Or have anyone speak for me. Wouldnt even sit down & explain what exactly happened in court & wont answer me. Iv tried to contact solicitors office 20times & still, nothing from them. I cannot believe this has happened to me. I never believed this really happens to people but here i am. Broken. With nowhere to turn. I have been wronged by every single organisation that was supposed to help me, the victim. The book of eavdince in my case has been held up 5 times since I started going to court the Garda found a firearm near my home and have taken me to court saying my finger prints are on it and have charged me for in dangering life and prossason of a firearm but nobody’s saying I have indangerd them and I have to go to court and they have not given me any evidence book.
