I was a TA in grad school for an intro programming course using C++. I can tell you I was thoroughly confused while looking at other student's code. I've had to help students with their assignments as well as grade their assignments. I would get code that would be hanging on by a thread and would somehow work unless you throw in a specific test case! There are plenty of warcrimes when it comes to students who have never programmed before especially in C++.

the " if True == False " one is just when your completely out of ideas for what's causing the code to not work and want to check if the computers just fucked.
