Understanding the cue/routine/reward mechanisms that occur in your brain makes it easier to consciously gain control of them and alter them to your benefit. Old habits never die but they can be overwritten and replaced with new ones. The human brain is a habit machine. Manage your thoughts wisely because they become your habits which become who you are. At your deepest core, you are your habits. No one can be their best self if they have poor habits. Master thyself bros.
