You can claim unemployment benefits from the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) if you were dismissed from your job (if the reason for dismissal was not fraud). You can also claim if you were retrenched or your contract expired. If you feel like you are unfairly dismissed you can appeal at the CCMA and wait to see how far your case goes. No not yet. They will communicate to you. They usually “Provisionally Accept you” first then that will mean they are waiting for you final marks. Some applicants just get rejected after their application has been acknowledged. So it means you should wait for either they reject or provisionally accept you. Provisional acceptance does NOT mean you’re accepted it means you’ve met the minimum requirements atleast

They won’t accept you without seeing your final marks. But I’m the mean while they can Just Provisionally accept to show that you might be accepted.

Remember the exam totals 75% and the SBA is 25%, when both final percentages are added they make 100% for each subject.
