Good info but you should try a remote mic. You're hard to hear clearly because of the reverb.

Hi Kevin, how come the beating doesn't harden the metal? I've only worked with copper, and that gets hard quite quickly.
@KingdomMetalWorks2 ай бұрын
Hey Bob! Because the molecular structure of the aluminum 3003 is very different than copper. It work hardens at a much slower rate.

Given the choice I would prefer videos of a master craftsmen doing a project rather than a complete beginner. I understand that you are promoting your courses and that’s great but I would learn much more from watching you make a panel than someone just starting. Perhaps you could have a bit of both?
@KingdomMetalWorks4 ай бұрын
Hello @sblack48, so that you can fully enjoy watching my channel, may I recommend you take a look at my "Signature Series"? I think you will find some content that would qualify as doing a project panel that is more of a challenge. I would also recommend my "Introductory Class Metal Shaping 101". Here is the direct link for that (most watched video I have put out so far) kzbin.info/www/bejne/lXyzaX2per9_hNE Just to clear up any confusion on me promoting my courses, these "shorts" that I have been putting up are really to showcase my individual students. They really get a kick out of seeing themselves on my KZbin channel. If I were you, I would steer clear of my "Shorts" videos and just stick with the more substantial content in my regular videos. Cheers Mate!

I could not find any emtb with full suspension under 410 dollars so I am thinking to make the full suspension aluminium frame with my dad. My dad has some nice experience of making aluminium parts so my clear question is I will be using aluminium pipes for the frame so how can I change their shape my inspiration for the frame is santa cruz V10

Hello again! The aluminum I am working with in this video is 3003 H14, the thickness is .063. I believe the aluminum used for that type of mountain bike is 6061 T4 with a thickness raging from .063 to .090. Pressed shaped or drawn tubing or mandrel drawn tubing is usually used for this type of fabrication. I hope this helps.....
