Why was Bethany to boss rush the last thing you needed for death certificate? Why not tainted lost, or tainted Jacob, or even Jacob and Esau?

No, my health was gradually declining. When I started the boss fight, I had 3 red hearts and 2 rotten hearts. And when I defeated the boss, I only had 0.5 red hearts and 2 rotten hearts left. Tainted Magdalene simply does not lose rotten hearts. If you, for example, can collect 12 rotten hearts, then these hearts will not be lost.
