to Dale Ahlquist, on "The Story of the Family" what corrects what "in destroying the family reverses the progress of humanisation" (Archbishop Vincenzo Paglia, 15 May 2014, the UNO: "The International Day of the Family", in his address at the UNO as Pope Francis' President of his Council for the Family) requires the keeping in uncertainty of belief of the inseparability and qualitative equality of objective thinking justice: "considered in her mind ..." (Lk 1:29, 34), and subjective having faith mercy: "let it be to me" (Lk 1:38). This was as by Mary in this keeping in uncertainty of her belief of the inseparability and qualitative equality of her consecrated celibate marriage vowed to man in Christ (Lk 1:38: "let it be to me") and her consecrated male female marriage vowed to God (Mt 1:24: Joseph ... took his wife") at Luke 1:29-45 and Mt 1:24. Bishop Robert Barron only kept this on 20 December 2023 when previously asserting in groomed error "a higher way of love" of consecrated celibate marriage to consecrated male female marriage (at time 51:33 of his dialogue with Lex Fridman on 20/7/22 on "Christianity and the Catholic Church") on exercise of an absolute power of simultaneous authorisations of objective thinking ensuring and subjective having faith insuring by Pope Francis' consecrated celibate marriage on 18 December 2023 in Bishop Barron accepting Fiducia Supplicans, DDF, 18/12/23 authorised by Pope Francis’ consecrated celibate marriage exercising an absolute power of authorisation. Economist/statistician, Colin Clark, informed by Chesterton's distributive justice on this reference point of Mary was in his consecrated male female marriage in turn in late 1964 simultaneously at the UNO Food and Agriculture Organisation and Pope St Paul V1's Commission on Population an incomplete reference point of "inseparable ... union and procreation" (Humanae Vitae, 1968, 12) in marriage for his son, Oliver Clark. This son's consecrated marriages, male female from 25 February 1991 then celibate on the death of his wife from 1 November 2017 in his keeping in uncertainty of belief their inseparability and qualitative equality, by completing this reference point on 31 March 2021 was a complete reference point for Pope Francis' consecrated celibate marriage on 17 June 2021 in: (a) the Cardinal Angelo Becciu and nine other Vatican state citizens/employees' embezzlements' case, (b) and simultaneously in the Italian state Parliament "Zan" anti-homophobia bill case on 17 June 2021 as an unacceptable risk of fraud. Exercise of an absolute power of simultaneous authorisations by consecrated marriage identity-role, celibate vowed to man in Christ or male female vowed to God in the keeping of their inseparability and qualitative equality in uncertainty of belief, advantageously combines activities of helper of the family role groups such as the Italian Parliament and the Vatican state. This 'double keeping' exercises an absolute power of simultaneous authorisations of its third keeping in uncertainty of belief as trinitarian as the multiplier of role gift doing processes and progress in meeting need of union of identities as the "I AM WHO I AM" revealed to Moses at Exodus 3:14.

Gilbert Keith IS NOT an Augustinian, thank God. My husband, Keith Furrows, is a 3rd cousin of Gilbert Keith. He and I share a devotional love for him. I am delving deeply now at this late date into GKC's writing. I accept the communion of saints and have lifted my husband up for the prayers of Gilbert Keith today. If I get an answer to my prayer for healing of my very ill husband, I will immediately report it, and act upon it; I will start by sharing the testimony with Mr. Ahlquist. Let us hope all things. I love the model for living that GKC left us with.

Not only do atheists think we believers in God are foolish, but they are hostile and angy with us. Why? I am not hostile and angry with atheists. How does my belief in God affect the life of any athiest? Why dos my belief matter to any atheist? I find this anger and hostility most interesting. I am not imvested in the beliefs of others UNLESS a belief manifests in an action that threatens my life or liberty. So, atheist, please explain your strong emotional reaction to my belief in God?
@mcmanustony
@mcmanustony 6 ай бұрын
"they are hostile and angy with us. Why?"- for one of many reasons: the relentless attempts to corrupt science education and force the nonsense of religious creationism down the throats of other people's children labelled as science.

The basis of most atheist beliefs is anger over human suffering. They will say, "What sort of god would create human suffering, or fail to prevent human suffering?" They then conclude that a god cannot possibly exist. Its interesting that atheiest accept that every part of the human body has a functional pupose,including the brain, but have no explanation for a brain belief in a diety since the beginning of time. What purpose does this universal belief serve?
@mcmanustony
@mcmanustony 6 ай бұрын
"What purpose does this universal belief serve?" it is NOT universal. There is no consistency in the detail of such beliefs. There are a very early attempt to understand reality. They are also demonstrably false.

Actually Eric, there is evidence that the earth is an oval disk shape, and not a globe. Not that majority belief proves anything, but the globe earth shape is a more recent belief. Most, like Eric, have not examined the "flat-earthers " evidence....or their arguments. In the scheme of things however, the shape of the earth is not of significant importance. The existence of God, or not, does matter.

Very interesting discussion. I wonder about its relevance, though, in light of the groundbreaking work of Granville Sewell of the University of Texas at El Paso, one of the top mathematicians in the US, as well as a born-again Christian and author of excellent apologetics books (inspired by C.S. Lewis, no doubt). Sewell has derived a math equation (using a multivariate quantum algebra technique called partial integration--it's said only 3 people in the world can follow it) that proves there are infinitely many different entropies, one for each type of order. For example, the order present in a well-designed jumbo jet is just the negative of the jumbo-jet-entropy, and is unrelated to thermal entropy. It is merely a historical accident that thermal entropy given by the familiar formula dS = dQ/T, which measures uniformity of temperature, is the one studied by physicists like Clausius in the 1800s. Thermal entropy has little or no relevance to the type of order present in intelligently designed machines and living things. They have completely different units. But thermal entropy works well for calculating the work you can get from a steam engine, like the one in your talk. Here is a link to one of Sewell's many peer-reviewed articles on this subject, "On Compensating Entropy Decreases" published in the highly prestigious journal _Physics Essays_ www.math.utep.edu/faculty/sewell/articles/pe_sewell.pdf (although I highly doubt any atheist-naturalist-materialist can understand it) A lot of people are saying that Sewell's work has completely turned the science of thermodynamics on its head. Everything scientists thought they knew about thermodynamics is either wrong or has to be rethought. This is the normal course of things. Man-made dogmas have to be questioned and even abandoned in many cases. A growing number of scientists are even questioning whether entropy is a physical concept at all, or just a man-made contrivance. Sewell himself suggests that since entropy must be defined differently for each situation (Q/T only works for thermal entropy), and is very difficult to define in some situations (evolution of life from dead matter), it is more relevant to think in terms of the underlying concept of probability. And then there is no need to consider Maxwell demons or angels. Either way, Sewell's discovery has completely undermined the atheist/marxist-liberal-globalist/materialist compensation argument, which makes the fatal logical error of equating living order/negentropy to thermal order/negentropy from the sun (again, they have different units, so they can't be the same, as should be obvious to anyone with a _modicum_ of common sense). Thus the lowly atheist is left without the slightest hope of reconciling materialist evolution with the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics, which forbids spectacular increases of order of each individual type when only natural forces are in operation. As Thomas Eddington as memorably said, "If your theory contradicts the Second Law of Thermodynamics, I can offer you no hope! It is false!" And as Dembski has also memorably said, "Materialism is toast!" Praise God, from Whom all blessings flow!

How pathetic. A bunch of strawman arguments. Not surprising. Atheism is not dead because it was never alive. It is a response to a single question. If you are asked if you "believe" in any gods? And you say no. You are an atheist. Also, this guy keeps quoting pseudoscience and pseudo history. He argues the definition of pseudoscience.

If Jesus is immutable and hence unchangable due to his being constubstantial with the Father, then why would the devil try to tempt him during the 40 days in the desert? I think that Jesus was mutable while he was alive by the fact of his humanity, and the factor that made him essentially immutable at that time was his obedience. Of course, after he rose and ascended he was fully Devine and then immutable.

I was struck when I read about the Nicean creed that it included a cannon that upheld the sanctions on those who served as soldiers in the Roman army such that they should be denied communion for different periods of time. So its hard to know what to believe when it comes to judging how Christianity weakened the Roman army at a time when several other things were also contributing to the breakdown of the Roman army.
