“Dr” which medical school did you go to to get your MD/MBBS/MBChB? Misleading title. Chiropractors are not real doctors. You’re as much of a doctor as someone with a PhD in history lmao.

What pseudoscientific bs. Any real doctor would laugh at you. The amount of people that have had spinal cord injuries and strokes arising from carotid arteries from c spine manipulation like this is too much. Why didn’t you go to medical school and become a real doctor instead of a charlatan?

hello dr. michael, I am from country Georgia. I have one question. I reached out to you because you are considered to be one of the best physical therapists on the internet. My question is: can strengthening exercises of the infraspinatus, teres minor and supraspinatus (external rotators) fix problems that need ART (like adhesions, knots) in those muscles? Or is ART an inevitable treatment? and also, can those adhesions and knots sort themselves out on their own over time or not? I’ve got some shoulder issues after a wrestling incident, my shoulder went back behind my body in an externally rotated position. my shoulder didn’t dislocate but I tore some tendons, I am unable to bench without pain, and I always feel like my shoulder pops/moves forward when I put my hand behind my body, should I work on strengthening my external rotators?

Same with me. I think it's normal for humans to have a lot of knowledge about the human body and still don't have perfect body even as an athlete. I've been fat for decades and decades and always had an insane amount of knowledge about the human body.
