If you check the fuse and it’s blown just replace fuse no need to change the whole switch it’s cheaper to replace fuse too

Hey, You are using the wrong bit in your screwdriver. It's different to a Phillips bit, it's a posi-drive but and doesn't fit properly. Its got extra edges between the star points. Go look.

Ok. Got the Bobbin case out. It must have been a VERY BAD, BAD JAM cause the bobbin case broke! At least it's not jammed anymore and you saved me a service call. Thanks.

if you don't know what a fuse is then Electrical work is better left to professionals. 240/110v will kill you in a millisecond

Where did u get the switch box from? My machine n just stopped and it's not turning on. So I don't know what's wrong . Maybe the switch box?

Great! Good advices. Would you know how to get a stuck, jammed serger working? I bought a used serger, Brother 760DE and its wheel is very hard to turn. I did get it already slightly better by cleaning the machine and then oiling it. Maybe I should just patiently wait because now I put WD-40 spray (used for stuck engines etc), turned the wheels a bit and my idea is to wait for few hours. I hope it makes a difference. This serger has an electronic protection that it stops the machine and I think the reason is this stuck wheel. I also had to install an upper lopper because it was missing totally. Thank you so much for posting this video! I didn't have a thread jam, but my Juki completely locked up on me. Had no clue what to do and my search for fix it videos wasn't going well until I happened upon yours. The hook needed cleaning of old oil and new oil added along with a little help from a screw driver to get it unstuck. So, thank you for saving me from stress and saving me $$$ to have a service tech come out. :)

Thank you for posting this video. I recently acquired a Juki DDL 555 Industrial machine without a manual. My needle plate broke thus causing my timing to be off. After watching your video, I believe I can fix it myself without the hassle of taking it in for repairs and shoveling out more $$.
