Rather haphazard video. After 4 minutes of the 5 minute video, still everything mentioned did not help solve your problem. Basically this video is a list of things that DON'T work! Are we to understand that what finally worked was just poking the paper clip upward in the lid? I seriously doubt this will help fix many people's Keurig machines.

Thank you! Paper Clip Trick worked like a charm on the first try. fPoked the paper clip into the hole, ran the small cup, water immediately stopped backflowing into the water tank and came out as normal. Then ran the medium cup and then the large cup and all is well...thank you again!

Your advice was much better than calling Keurig. I feel that when you call they tell you that there is nothing you can do to fix the issue and they offer you a 20% off to get a new machine. I didn't give up and tried for the last time and I made it work again. Thanks.

Thanks, have done this before - even have a paper clip taped to the Keurig, but forgot where it went. There was indeed a clog and it was a 2 second fix.

These machines are garbage and they will all eventually have issues. The older models were easier to take apart, these new ones are very difficult disassemble and they intentionally hide the parts/screws that need routine service so you'll just give up, or destroy it in the process and go buy a new machine (accesses the backflow preventer for example). I'm never buying a Keurig again for this reason, I've fixed cars for other 20 years and have never run into a part I could not disassemble, but this cheap, plastic piece pf crap, forget it.

For those with a K-Mini Plus with the problem of water draining from the full reservoir (as it should), but then no water comes out the dispenser, try this -- it solved my problem: Lift the lid to where you load the load the k-cup. On the back right-hand side of the k-cup holder is a small rubber button. Press that a few times. It was the first thing Keurig customer service had me try, and it worked! I guess it is some type of reset button.

This worked for me on a slim.. thank u🙏🏾
