Looks like you loose a lot of altitude quickly. Too bad, for me more switchbacks and traversing would make it more interesting. I think Ill avoid this one.

Hey Craig, that was me just before 3 minutes. Question: what tires were you running and general bike set up. I've signed up for next year.
@ICERACER545 ай бұрын
That's great that you're signed up for next year! I run tubeless Maxxis Rekon tires. Typically I run tire pressure around 24 psi rear, 22 psi front. XTR 4 piston brakes. Sram Transmission drivetrain. I did put a 28 tooth chainring on for this event to be able to pace the climbs better over the 6 days. The bike I have is a Rocky Mountain Element with Fox Factory suspension, 120mm travel front and rear. I spend a lot of time on my suspension setup and have added 1 token to the rear shock to prevent it from bottoming out on large, slow hits without jacking the pressure up and losing the ride/subtleness on small, fast hit bumps. I hope that answers your setup question?
@topcat3045 ай бұрын
@@ICERACER54 Thanks. I was under geared with a 32 front chainring. My jokes is that walking was my lowest gear. I already bought a 30 for next year. I had a pretty xc setup. Going to run a bit more tread up front next year.
