God! sorry, I can 't 😮understand teachers that show important abdominals mov. with a loose or pleaded shirt; in your case a jacket on, please!!!😢 By the way Im still waiting for your answer-?how the pelvic floor act in order to compromise the whole : costo diafragmatic breathing... thank you❤

It has nothing to do with the abs...alignment is posture. That's why what I wear shouldn't matter.

Just a question, I’m singing Persian style classical, my teacher tells me to bring my voice forward, and not try to make it dark but still not sing nasaly, so how does one do this with the soft palate?

this was just for fun! don't mistaken it for actual breathing practice. You can do straw and water, yes.

literally no one has been able to explain to me why i sound how i sound when i sing, they just ask you to hit the notes, or they overcomplicate it and make it sound too technical, but this one video solved such a big issue for me which is pitch and tone, just by finding these overtones I sound less flat and strained, my tone is also a lot nicer! Finally a teacher who can actually sing and explain the science of singing ❤
