The part where Perturabo regresses into a vicious animal is a stark reminder of how terrifying these primarchs are. Could rip apart normal sods and space marines alike like tissue paper.

if iam not wrong those were skulls mostly from his own legion and from marines who didnt betray the emperor, i also believe he has the skull of the silversmith who did the medallions for the quiet order but iam not sure
