you read my mind :') also it amazes me how incredible vernon's perception of an ideal type was at such a young age..it's not really an age where it's easy to develop such mature thoughts, people that age mostly just go with the flow (e.g. seokmin describing his ideal type is exactly the norm you'd expect from someone that age). and like you said not just the part about liking someone cause of their personality (cause that's pretty standard cliche answer for that age too although people who say that might not put much thought into it either i.e. the go with the flow mindset) but the fact that he has absorbed the importance of knowing the person for a longer period of time to have an understanding of who they are and how they treat you (cause to me one of the most important things in a relationship is being treated with love and respect by the s/o) at such a tender age (which is not something even adults properly grasp tbh) is simply mind-boggling and truly sets him apart as an amazing being from a very early age. bottom line is yeah he drives me insane and i love him a very normal amount :)
