If he is so privileged, then tell him to step down and let someone who he feels is underprivileged fill his spot. In fact, tell him to give all his money and possessions to someone else because according to him white people do not have to work hard to achieve success because it is just handed to them. Doctrine of Discovery states that if you are white and christian you are a person -- if you are not white and not christian, you are not a person and your have no rights. Christopher Columbus was a merchant of death and destruction. The vatican has denounced the doctrine. The United States still honors the doctrine and uses it to repress indigenous people and all people of color.
