Actually you can soft reset for a shiny Kanto starter I did and got a shiny bulbasaur in 7500 soft resets

They said they removed boosts for move that boosts your stats apart from metal claw which I tried and it still boosts attack for some reason

Heres a tip never overlevel ur pokemon above 200 in classic Eternatus is coded to do double damage if ur mons are overleveled
