Looking at this now knowing 5yrs later we will have this as gameplay now in CS2 😅

Put an elevated pedestrian crossing in the area and avoid the crosswalks. Give left turns a dedicated light and then you can use TM:PE with timed lights to let the opposing lefts turn together and then the opposing straights go together for even more efficiency.

The most annoying is if the game crashes

One suggestion is if you make the narrow blocks 11 units wide and 22 units long you'll get the maximum efficiency out of your water pipes (one pipe every 2 short blocks or 1 long block) AND have space available for alleys, back garden paths, etc.

The key to road is the can't be on top of each other and back to back to back to back intersections don't help lol

There is a reason why u dont see this sorta of roundabout highway interchange at all in real life, cuz it preform really poorly terms of efficiency, simplicity, and cost
