Always good content . But guys , can we please stop using the term “superpower” . It’s so infantile and irritating . It in my view really diminishes our profession .

This is in the assumption that the employer, supervisor or colleague desires to see you win, some don't and try to sabotage you, watch out for that.

Ambiguity leaves gaps in the person's mind. They can dwell on this missing information and will likely have a desire to fill in the missing pieces with their own perspectives (right, wrong, or indifferent) to reduce the anxiety and mental pain they are experiencing by that lack of information. fMRI studies show the brain responds to mental pain similar as it does to physical pain. So, essentially, ambiguity is painful, long-lasting, easy to recall, and can have devastating effects. Do your people a favor and close the gap when possible. Have a victorious week.

Bravo! I love the four categories. It is all about focus and doing what really matters. We MUST get out of our "busyness" mode and not embrace the current "hustle fallacy".

@@BuildingChampions Went well, we did it with our most senior leadership and now we are replicating on a regional level in each country we do business. Looking forward to it. We could never get our results for the assessment to download but we did discuss the experience. Biggest takeaway was we were clueless when it comes what the company vision is (was, we are changing it now)

@@BenJoeMarkland Thank you so much for the update! We're happy to hear it went well and that you're continuing the experience in other regions. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the assessment! We're looking into it and a member of our marketing team will get in touch with you via email this week. Thanks again, BenJoe!

Dan, I appreciate your take on this! As I’ve transitioned from the military to the corporate world, this is something I’ve struggled with. I’ve taken for granted what a lifetime in the military has taught me and completely abandoned my routines as a leader. Even seasoned leaders need a reminder and this was great. Thank you.

Hi guys! I've always loved what you do. A while back I started using your free life planning template. I've had some success in focusing my efforts in one direction & slowly I see things taking shape & I have a better sense of control. I'd like to ask for reccomendations on books & material I can use to build my ability to coach young executives I currently coach about 6 young startup owners with their businesses but I'd love to have a holistic component.
