I have been looking into this, so this is very timely. I am a single mum and don’t have it in my budget to get this done professionally regularly. Is it possible to have a stamping device that you disinfect after each use? How often can I perform this? Are longer needles on stampers available for home use and will the difference be noticeable or negligible? I was wondering if you could provide a bit more information on most effective to least effective anti-aging procedures and the costs. Perhaps which ones can be done together and in which order (like microneedling and chemical peels, for example). Also explaining the strengths of chemical peels. There is so much contradictory information and opinions online, and even when calling around to different med spas. I trust everything you say and I’d love to hear it from you ❤

Thanks for this video! I've had five skin cancers removed so my dermatologist recommended 500mg twice a day, which I've been taking. However another dr recommended I halve the dose as she had heard of people getting peripheral neuropathy from this dosage. I haven't heard of this myself, just wondering if you have heard of any contra-indications? Many thanks!

It would not be a common side effect from it. Usually GI upset is most common side effect

Good tip any recommendations for fading the appearance of or getting rid of visible blood vessels on your face?
@doctor-abby6 сағат бұрын
The most effective treatment is pulse dye laser (PDL) or intense pulsed light (IPL). They can be a little pricey and may need more than one treatment.

Hi! I have acne scars on my cheeks and I just heard of micro needling and thinking of doing this. I have a few questions and I hope you can help. -stamp or roller? I'm leaning on stamp because I heard that the motion of the roller can worsen the scars. -proper needle length? I heard .25 - .5 on the face? no sure if that's true. -how often? once a day? week? month? year? -What skin products I need after micro needling? Do I really need them? Is Vaseline good enough? I don't have very sensitive skin but I do have oily skin FYI.

@@doctor-abby Alrighty.. I've had this permanent redness in my beard area due to the use of minoxidil.. I stopped using it because i got contact dermatitis after switching from liquid to foam, but the redness wont go away. I'm on my 6th dermatoligist now, and she has given me a steroid cream that hasn't worked. Went to her because i wanted to try IPL, but she wanted to try the cream first. The previous dermatoligist gave me Yellowlaser, but it did nothing. What do you think it is?

Could talk to your doctor about other biologics (eg cosentyx) that are like Humira but typically the antibodies won’t affect them

Moisturizer should help but a purge is normal with it and typically goes away after several months. I find using a hyaluronic acid serum or other gentle serum first - then tretinoin then moisturizer helps a lot
