We have the majority we can file a case, giving top features but failed in engineering department. Lets go to consumer court. main thing was it ever informed during the initial buying stage its warranty is for two years i guess never, the dealer just says you have 5 years of warranty.

Same problem, they are charging 46k for the replacement, this is too much just 4 years old how come touch will fail without any damage or something.

Looks like this issue is very common so Kia have to recall their infotainment system.. I don’t see this kind of issue in other companies touch screen

I tried my best to replace it. contacted my nearest showroom but they say the same thing again n again... warrenty for infotainment system is only for 2 years..for new system it will cost u 30-40 k .. instead my service advisor told to swap it with an refurbished system..they will first remove ur cars data and send it to Chennai. ( manufacturing and service of kia and Hyundai infotainment system is done thr..) Then after 1 month they will send u refurbished system of another car.. which will have warrenty of only 6 monts..( by the way they will take ur cars system). They charged me around 16-17 k .its been around 3 months its working fine for me.. and ig problem is only in htx models. hope it helps
