Actually this is Not from the Donnor Cut or theatrical cut of superman 2 , But rather the ABC version of Superman 2 which is has yet to released on blu ray , the only ABC cut release of the films is the 1978 film released in 2015

Have you noticed at the end of the Hollywood version, which is a bit different; they have Bruce Lee looks more triumphant. This is presumably because of the dichotomous thinking in the West. The assumption that there’s victors and victims. The whole tragic aspect is missed and I assume they didn’t like that ending. The claw and Bruce Lee’s exhaustion (as well as the former prisoners pushing Han’s guards around) This signifies that there are ultimately no winners and losers. And authority does not necessarily have our best interests at heart. Hence the eye roll at the helicopters. And the empty hand of three (not two claws stabbed in the middle of a rock. “Voidness is that which stands right in the middle between this and that. The void is all-inclusive, having no opposite--there is nothing which it excludes or opposes. It is living void, because all forms come out of it and whoever realizes the void is filled with life and power and the love of all beings.” (Bruce Lee)

This is pretty accurate to how Marlon Brando's Jor-El describe Ursa in the trial that kicked off the first film. Something about her being a menace to the children of Krypton. I like the slight hesitation from Non to do it. That alone gave a character who didn't utter a word in two films ao much depth. And p.s. was Non just chilling out with the police officer when Zod snapped his fingers?? 😂😂

It would have been very cool, and a shame that this film was when Bruce was getting into his stride for entering the European and American film market more and more. He used English not dubbed (so we hear his real voice) too. He and Saxon would have been good bros to go on martial arts missions together and sort shit out.
