Well tldr gravity got them caught. K fell off a bmx bike at the prison. Full story cg decided to take people to prison as punishment because they were found guilty. Oliver hall was taken to prison the lifer told Bobby his lawyer is in prison because Bobby needed him for a case. The lifers do not like cg cause they view cg as the reason the good doc lost their jobs and now they can’t leave and stuff. Bobby told pd about Oliver hall being selfish for his own case which lead to pd going to the prison found k who fell off the bike they got into a chase and ramee had no way out of prison cause he went to save k was washed and got caught. It was actually hilarious. It the typical k down and things just go wrong.

so one piece of DNA (Repair kit) in the 6 months of the server being live or so being found in the vault, after the fact, gives the PD enough info to know when CG hit the vault, what their "usual time" to hit it is and that their assumption its them this time, the first time in weeks they have hit it, they suddenly know its CG.
