Can you make a video about the optimisations? like the keywords , the topics , placements etc... I never get Display to work and its attribution kinda sucks i believe no?
@GuaranteedPPC15 минут бұрын
Attribution on display campaigns is horrible for eCommerce campaigns (anything over $100) since almost nobody buys something after clicking on a single banner AD. It takes a whole series of follow up ads (and time) to close the sale generally. On lead gen, small purchases, the attribution is much better, but even then, people who see your AD (and not click) who then later purchase will add to the return your getting which is not shown in your attribution reports at all. You need to do 'conversion lift' testing to be able to see your true return coming from these campaigns. I have lots of videos on running Google Display campaigns, you can find a whole category just surrounding banner campaigns on my channel homepage... In short, you generally need a really good offer to get display campaigns to work, and know how to target smaller niche related sites that actually have quality traffic on them in order to make a profitable campaign (outside of remarketing).

Hello, I am running a lead gen compaign. And I set my conversion sources as [Website (Import from clicks)]. But I can't restate the value of each conversion. Show error: "Restatements are not allowed for conversion actions that use a default conversion value." Earlier I set the conversion value 200, and every conversion I uploaded (via google sheets) to google ads is of 200 value. Hower I set the values 150, 300 etc. Later I changed the conversion value to [Don't use a value], still shows "Restatements are not allowed for conversion actions that use a default conversion value." How can I upload different conversion value? Thanks in advance!
@GuaranteedPPC24 минут бұрын
You can setup a conversion goal to have a default conversion value, or a dynamic one. This setting is within the conversion goal settings itself. You need to setup your conversion value setting to "Use Different Values For Each Conversion", and then you will be able to update the conversion value like you wish to do. Here is the specific setting you need checked in order to apply this change (remove spaces): drive.google.com/file/d/1ev-ObDOeyOyM706GXIsgOuAqpYzu91cb/view?usp=sharing

Hi Jeman, This is an easy fix if that website won't remove it after asking. You just have to file for a DMCA request at Google to get him deindexed from Google's search results. Here is the link to file for that directly with Google (remove spaces): reportcontent. google. com/forms/dmca_search

Hi Corey, this video resonates my experience exactly! I started my shopping campaign in Dec 2024 and soon it became profitable (could be due to Xmas). My conversion rate started to drop rapidly since last week.... feels like the end of the honey moon period like you mentioned. Should I just keep spending until I buy back Google's heart? I am considering lowering my price to increase conversion Rate. My current breakeven ROAS is 2.0... Am I pricing too high for this marketplace?
@GuaranteedPPC20 сағат бұрын
The first 2-4 weeks after Christmas are almost always slow conversion rate wise. I would hold off making any changes until Feb. 1st as a result.

You create a lot of materials and they are very good quality ! - Thank You, Corey ! 👍 I have a question - do you know a good strategy for advertising in Google Ads (or YT) a service or product that no one is looking for because it is not yet known?
@GuaranteedPPC2 күн бұрын
We do this all the time on KZbin using either 1) User Generated Content Ads or 2) News based Ads. The first Ad type is where you have a customer review the product, and have that be your whole AD. The second Ad type I mentioned above is where you pay to get on a local (or national if you can afford it) tv station and have them have you introduce the product on that show (and then that's your AD). Sometimes they will let you introduce it yourself on the show. Either of these work well because people are naturally interested in seeing videos like that. For Google Search, if nobody knows about your product yet, you target question based searches that revolve around what your product fixes, such as example keyword: "how to fix a broken backs" etc. and then have your AD say - "The Ultimate Broken Back Device". Usually in this case, you have to drive them to an article (advertorial) or sales video for it to work well. Hope that helps.

Hey brother, appreciate the great value !! My goole account has 30 purchases on it from Manual CPC Shopping campaign, I switched to a Feed only PMAX campaign and now I'm paying $3-$4 per click instead of $1-$1.5 and I'm freaking out, any help please? Thanks
@GuaranteedPPC2 күн бұрын
Run both campaigns at the same time for awhile. While your breaking in the new PMAX, run it at a much smaller budget (maybe 10% of the total daily budget as your old shopping campaign). Once the ROI on the PMAX campaign starts matching the old shopping campaign, slowly start increasing the budget on the PMAX campaign (about 10% at at time). That will give you more upside long term, without disrupting your accounts ROI on the way up.

great video. learned a bunch. semi related question. I run a pmax campaign broken down by ad groups representing categories thats performing ok for ecomm. Do you recommend landing pages or have it go right to the category page on the website. I am doing the latter.
@GuaranteedPPC3 күн бұрын
For 90%+ of our clients, we're sending users to either a product page, category page, or search results page on the site for any of our Google campaigns. As a whole, product pages usually convert best, particularly when you are able to send them to the top selling product. That said, we often split test the product page, and category page for each keyword, to see what works best (or search results page if the category page isn't very good for the particular keyword we're targeting). To answer your question specifically, Yes, we will use landing pages sometimes, if the product is highly technical. We once sold a high end water filter, and it took a long form landing page to get decent conversion rates from our traffic. The same thing happened when we tried to sell a high end skin care product as well. In essence, if the product takes a lot more explanation to sell, you can either greatly redesign/modify your product page template to just accept long form copy, or just send them to a long form landing page instead (which links to the product/category page on your site at the bottom of the landing page).

So if currently, I am running a manual campaign to gather data before switching to maximize conversions. Should I bid on first position or top of the page?
@GuaranteedPPC3 күн бұрын
For me, it's top of page only. This is because the 3rd and 4th position already have the highest conversion rate on the clicks you get (This happens because less people read the AD first before clicking on it). Hope that helps.

For new accounts what bidding strategy do you use with SKAG? Maximize clicks? Manual CPC?
@GuaranteedPPC4 күн бұрын
Manual CPC until I have a few conversions, then I will switch over to smart bidding. I do this because I want better control on how my impressions are trending at the beginning.... If I am not getting enough clicks, I keep raising my bids until I am/are.

Cory, I know you mentioned it in a previous video, but what company do you use to analyze your customer lists to find common characteristics and data? Thanks!
@GuaranteedPPC5 күн бұрын
I use Axicom's data to enrich our in-house customer lists. They can give you data on customer's attributes (homeowner, profession, etc.) as well as psychographics (hobbies, opinions), as well as consumer behavior (what they are in-market for or currently researching). (remove spaces) https: // www. acxiom. com /data-enrichment/services/ This data is quite useful as it can tell you things that typically happen that lead up to a purchase (and as a result get you a much better return on your media spend), such as, we found people who buy a high end mailboxes are usually also planning wider home renovations. Once you have done this, you can potentially also make the ad copy a lot more specific at that point as well for higher CTR rates "new home renovation trends show these decorative mailboxes are the new in thing....".
