Many ppl bought used cars during the pandemic so there are many more cars on the road, not to mention the added bike lanes, restaurants on the street, etc. An electric scooter is not a bad idea, especially if you are not carrying anything significant on you

Talking about drivers and them becoming bolder. I feel there’s a sense of entitlement and lawlessness, sort of like anything goes, survival of the fittest, that I believe started a bit after covid and the events that followed. I think we lost our humanity and are running on fear of what we don’t know tomorrow will bring and that’s very sad and quite frankly, a bit scary. Great piece btw!
