Took this guy almost 10 minutes to build one mattress. Raw used to work. Our builders get a built three by the time he got one done and they were good builders too

And that's exactly I will not buy another mattress that comes in a box. Bought two like that over the years and they both failed to support like within a year or so. And believe me it's hard to find ones not shipped that way

Trabajo en una empresa donde existe esta maquina y hay ajustes aun sean pequeños que no me los sabia a detalle, esto me ayudo bastante! Gracias, solo como dato, en ocasiones por el desgaste de piezas cuando entra material grueso la aguja tienda a desplazarse y hay como un retrazo y el looper entra por el centro del ojo de la aguja haciendo que reviente los hilos, cuando es material grueso habra que bajar mas la aguja a la mitar o incluso casi al tope superior de la aguja

I wonder if a person should go faster than this automatic machine, it looks pretty slow. I used to run one of the old machines and we were paid by the piece, you had to be really fast to make any money. This is a great Labor saver though, I remember going home dog tired, being chased around by those machines walking backwards all day🎉😮

These fiberglass fire socks have destroyed thousands of homes by spreading fiberglass into the air. It gets into people lungs and can cause cancers. make sure you don’t buy a mattress with a fire sock

I just bought one, moved it into the bedroom on a dolly, unfolded it and removed the plastic and it aired up like an inflatable, but instantly. POOF! Sleeps like a dream.
