Hi sir. I was working on one company for 31 days. But I was not satisfied with that job and got some better offer so I switched to another company by putting paper. But they asked me to serve 90 days notice period. But I can't do that. So my HR said only way you can relieve by taking your record as abscond. I agree to that and I property submitted all their belonging to them. After that I joined new company for past 8 months. So few days before when I search my UAN account. My previous company created a PF account for me. But still they are not putting end date on my service. So what can I do to get end date on that PF account sir. Please help me?

I have worked in a company(A) and switched to a company(B) i worked there for 3 months actually my mother had severe health issues that time As we are only two in our family i need to stay with her so I took the 1 week leave with permission and asked for another week leave but they didn't approved they asked me to come to office but I couldn't go so they asked me to summit the assets and leave and later after one month I got a job by showing only (A) company experience and joined in a (C) company And worked there for two years now I have cleared Accenture interview,I have didn't show my (b) company in my experience but the bgv team with by uan entries found that I have worked in the b company and asked me for reliving letter from b company which I don't have I have tried to reach out (b) company but they said we will not give reliving letter or any doc as they terminated me as absconded .now what to do

hi, A - ur first concern B - 2nd concern - abscond C - new concern, asking about B solution: u need a closing document from B. main flaw is EPF, u cant avoid. in all ur future organization's, they may ask this query. so better sit with B., go with some negotiations. probably on settlements. so you may get the relieving letter as well they may clear ur BGV too. that help to land in a better way

I am having 10days pf overlap due to absconded April 19/2022 and after 3 days which is april 22nd 2022 , but pf exit date marked as may1 by first employer, I am in my fourth company, is this affect in future please reply bro

Due to absconding my 1 st employer marked the exit date after 7 days on that time I already joined new company. Now I'm facing dual employment issue. kindly look out your job in "tire 2 concerns".. these things happened for various candidates. now a days tire 1 companies look out for dual employment. so you can avoid now. work in tire 2.. after 2 to 3 years, u can try in tire 1 companies. now only EPF is working on these issue. we cant expect immediate solutions. many cases are being here, so don't get panic. temporarily u can continue with tire 2. we will update the best solutions, once sorted. thanks

Actual salary - 1 lakh Basic 60% taken=60,000 then i calculate 15day's 60,000*15/26 = 34615.38 I was worked 6 year's so 34615.38*6 = 207,692 My 6year's gratuity amount - 207,692 is this correct sir
