I know this is late, but I have a tip to get your Night Fury back through the portal! There's an addon for Isle of Berk called IoB Addons (or something like that) on Curseforge and it adds a transport cage for Isle of Berk dragons!

for me it doesn't let me ride it when their are no blocks beneath it in the water

I know it is a tad too late for this, but a way to get zombies and zombie villagers to not despawn when you don't have a nametag is to drop an item for them to pick up. The game does not want it to despawn if it just stole, say, an OP sword from you, which is why it does that, but any item will do.

Not sure if this has been mentioned at all yet but the isle of berk dragons can carry other entities on their backs, if you shift click them with a stick and then ride the dragon over another entity it should pick it up on its back (they’ll fall off the dragon when you get off). The message you get should be “Seat Lock: Disabled”. That might help with moving pets around and villagers

Yo Attelantice love your vids. I got a suggestion, next time you try to move a villager try luring them with a work table of any kind in the day and a bed at night. Just gotta plop them down and right before they get to it break and repeat. I found this to be easier for me personally. I hope this helps
