By any measure of reason humans should have accepted science as spiritually significant way back when, and similarly, by any measure of reason, humans should have harnessed magma energy following from its description by nasa/sandia labs, as a virtually limitless source of high grade renewable energy. It’s some kind of testament we could miss on-ramps that big. A testament to unreason we find ourselves faced with existential scale disaster, half the population deny the truth of, while the other half build windmills in a hurricane! If it weren’t so tragic it would be funny! Funnier than 1970’s Tomorrow’s World robot butlers! Moonbase 2010! Corny, but still, only very recently, the future was going to be good. And it could have been. Earth is a big ball of molten rock. Science is valid knowledge of reality/Creation. Cause and effect is related functionally to the validity of ideation. If A then B. Not A, not B! Imagine, over centuries the scientific cornucopia of possible technologies developed and applied as evidence of divine favor, while a rationalizing epistemic influence was fostered within, and integrated into the religious, political and economic ideological architecture of societies. At what point would humans have thrown off the frightened animal within; secure in their existence, their reason, their innate moral sense aligned to truth manifest in the collective consciousness and the physical environment? But not to worry, for it is surely impossible not to notice Earth is a big ball of molten rock! Wrong again! Not A! HA!

I think we should try to solve this mystery. So while yes Roy later proved to himself that it was possible, it still doesn’t answer how the fire started. Was it electrical? It’s possible that faulty wiring with hazardous material can create a fire, but the way how this would play out would be multiple fires being started simultaneously. Seems very odd timing for such an event, but not out of the realm of possibility. Second theory is that was it an intentional fire? It could be Roy’s girlfriend wanting to off her parents, but I’m not so sure on that. It could be overzealous animal rights people gone mad, but burning a sea parks definitely would be counterintuitive to their cause. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
@masterzombie161 Жыл бұрын
Makes you wonder just how did the fire get started. If it were an electrical Fire then it would have to have happened in in literally every single exit (which are 12) simultaneously.

Needs to have the laugh track removed. Unlike the scenes in some other comedies which are creepy and disturbing when the laugh track is removed, this particular scene would easily stand on its own as hilarious without the constant canned laughter.
