Why the north. South syndrome doesn't appear in central VA ECMO?

@@byebye5907 In central VA ECMO, the return cannula (returning oxygenated blood) is in the ascending aorta. So the head, upper body, and lower body will all receive oxygenated blood. So North-South (Blue Head) syndrome cannot happen with this set-up.

What about balancing the volume 18:53 you may have given too much volume or you need to give volume otherwise the drainage insufficiency didn't get better. But to avoid the negative outcome balancing with Diuretics?
