When Colleen did this video 13 plus years ago The Southwest Airlines Culture was on Life Support but fast forward the Southwest Airlines Culture Flatlined. Bob Jordan , Gary Kelly, and all of their fellow corporate stooges could care less about their front line employees who are the real heroes of Southwest Airlines but Bob Jordan, Gary Kelly, and the Stooges will always take the credit.

Such an insightful observation. One of the kindest men I have ever met is Mr Rod Sides. I'm glad to have met his family. And oh, he's super humble too. God bless this man immensely

@@londondream9809 depression, like stormy weather comes over us at times. Some times that storm is real strong...but we must rember that it will pass. Each new day is opportunity to make towards our goals and dreams. Sometimes we have to adjust and create new goals and dreams as life changes and time presses on. <<< my thoughts. Keep going! This must be for the folks entering the work force - "don't have your resume be more than one page. If it is more than one page, I don't want to see it". That is ridiculous for anyone who has been working for years!
@loriballew59328 жыл бұрын
+Karen Varga-Sinka If you have been working for years and reinventing yourself, cross-training and staying abreast of trends, in your field, then it is REALLY hard to put all of that, on one page. You want to show who you are, what you have accomplished and what you have to offer. It's a simple work 101 concept, but it's really hard, to only hit the highlights, after 36 years in the work force.
