I saw this show when I was 15 it was incredible 🤪 one of the best pantomimes I’ve ever seen & I’ve seen a lot but this one was very special, pure magic ✨ lovely costumes & set

I'm so glad you recorded and uploaded this. I too seen her in Panto in Liverpool at that time. Think I went just before Christmas as you went after. Anyway I'll always maintain that when she sang live in that play she was fantastic! I mean you watch her sing on tv and it's all old recordings and people don't realise just how good a singer she was. In this play I thought she was amazing! Didn't just sing the songs, more like nailed them! What a voice! Anyway given today's news it's all so sad really. Thank you for recording this.

Actually the 50th anniversary of the Casbah Club was the year before, 2009, cause I bought tickets for the 50th anniversary. But Pete Best was preparing to go onstage at the Lpool philharmonic so that's right, and I saw Best playing side by side with Rogue, great show.

i was there for liverpool 08 panto,i was 37 and never been to one before,it was great and a brilliant cast,been a cilla fan for nearly 20 years,never seen her sing live before-she sang beautifully and with so much power in her voice,how about a tour cilla?you would pack them in,you certainly had myself and the rest of the audience wanting more..FANTASTIC.

I was there the two night also and had ringing ears. Especially with The Bluebells. My battery ran out when the Searchers came on, so will look at your later on. Thanks. Was all louder on the ears than Paul McCartney on the Sunday ! That was loud but needed for the big stadium.

I got pretty near the front quite easily. It was a good night. Wonder who will play this year?
