Correct on the neurological response to learning difficult movements. However we now know that the neuroendocrine response to intense exercise doesn't drive adaptations. Its (very important) function is to regulate organ systems to cope with the acute stress of exercise. CrossFit should update its educational material about this

Well said. Use your own head but always beware of the limits of your own knowledge, especially in fields where you are not an expert. Unfortunately there are too many pathological contrarians around these days.

Nobody can win CrossFit natty. Not possible. Kinda like pro body building just not possible to be natural. The right PEDs make such a huge difference.

So tired of people trying to explain it away. Lance Armstrong was the greatest cyclist ever ina field of ped users. He was better but he was a ped user. Everyone ain’t equal but a natural superior athlete will not beat a ped abusing athlete.

How does that not tear a hole in the pants or shorts the climber is wearing and / or cause a friction burn to the inner thighs? When I played with this technique a little in some pants, my inner thighs instantly became super heated. Do I need special extra-thick pants?

CrossFit is the non pharmaceutical prescription for optimal health and wellness. It helps fight obesity, heart disease, chronic disease and everything in between. CrossFit wants to get people of useless meds that cause more symptoms. Yet your gym won’t let people in without an experimental vaccine, when we all know the first line of defense to building strong immune system is nutrition & fitness. Not more drugs. Now your the biggest support contact at HQ for affiliates??? So now if big gov says shut them all down then what? You going to fight then? Or mandate every affiliate bend over & jab?

Sorry, just can't take advice from Boston Yankees, or New York City people.. Being a Southern born and raised person, who worked in that Northeastern region for years, they despise Southern Folks... That's the truth. They could care less about people from my world, think we're lesser. They're the ruination of our Great Country... Trust they will just remain where they are, and not move to my beloved Florida, continue to populate and pollute, this Geat State! This Great State where my family has lived for over 200 years. Please Don't Boston My Florida! KMA Boston and New York!

This all hinges on one key factor…hiring great coaches means you have great coaches lining up at your door looking for work. When you’re not a nationally well known affiliate, you can only hire the people who apply or those that show interest in coaching in your community and then it becomes more of a development process.

I loooooooove your podcast , as I have learned a lot about coaching n about u , I’m old school cf n kind of newbie coach , so need to learn a lot and this helping me. I’m going to do your development coach program also soon . I enjoyed all u podcast the only one I couldn’t listen any more was w a “dr” that u have as a guest ( I think) and he didn’t listen to u , interrupt when u talk n nothing wise from his side, I loved how u behaved so polite , but he seems no understand, after 20 minutes I couldn’t handle his voice any more , so sorry
